Ad Brown and Nick Stoynoff's co-production Nebulas first found its way into the Proton galaxy as part of the increasingly popular VS series, alongside Juan Deminicis and Pablo Acenso's Outstanding, in January 2012. With both tracks scheduled for full release, Nebulas is the first to come to fruition. The duo originally came together with their remix of Matt Rowan's Basics for Proton in May 2012, but both have enjoyed illustrious careers in their own rights thus far. Chicago resident Nick Stoynoff has almost a century of track production credits under his belt including a recent remix EP of his superb track Berghain on Proton. Further adding to his portfolio by acting as head of AandR for Solarstone's 'Molecule' imprint, Nick also hosts the 'Molecule' show on Proton Radio. Similarly, Ad Brown has made a significant impact on the world of EDM, stemming from an impressive academic background in music production and business. With a back catalogue of releases any modern producer would be proud to call their own, Ad has worked with such illustrious labels as Black Hole, microCastle, Hope and Silk Royal. It is with the latter that he also co-hosts the Silk Royal Showcase on Proton Radio. Hailing from the cosmopolitan Buenos Aries, Argentinean Yamil Colucci has been 'one to watch' since his first releases in 2009. Going on to produce tracks for Stripped, Hope and as part of Nick Warren's excellent Balance Compilation in 2011, such activities have further enhanced Colucci's respect and standing among his peers and led to support of his work by the world's finest DJs. Furthermore, a South American tour with Guy J and Luis Junior has seen his DJ skills on display at Warung Beach and Amazon Club. The Canadian Moreh brothers, better known collectively as Shiloh, need little introduction to progressive fans with their work over the last decade. With a double century of track credits to their name and over 100 releases, their early breaks work for Baroque gave a hint of the strong lead lines and captivating melodies that would become a staple of their work for the likes of Hope, Armada and Proton, licensed to Playstation and commissioned by Jaguar Cars. Recent solo work (and jointly with Luke Chable) for the impressive Mesmeric imprint has seen the duo as productive as ever through the course of 2012. The Shiloh remix of Nebulas serves to illustrate the brothers' continued prowess as we end 2012, with a low-slung groove and filtered melodic layers that grow in intensity as the track reaches it zenith to a floor-filling climax. Fans of the Shiloh sound will not be disappointed. With Shiloh and Yamil Colucci expanding on Ad Brown and Nick Stoynoff's original, Nebulas has coalesced to form two more star productions.
