And so the plot thickens as chapter seventeen in the ever gripping
Selador story is ready for dispatch. Never being ones to shy away from
the heart of the action, the Selador A&R department are proud to
present an EP from a Spanish producer who's been making tsunami size
waves on the scene in the last 12 months with his distinctive brand of
melodic tech house for labels such as Suara, Cecile & Bedrock.
Enter stage left.. AFFKT (the k is silent) who comes armed with two
electronic battle weapons guaranteed to leave a trail of destruction
behind them whenever they're deployed.
First up, it's the mighty 'Moix'. A main room tech house/techno hybrid
bound together by a symphony of growling synths and interspersing
swirling melodies. All with bells on. Literally! It's track like these
that remind us why we wanted to run a label in the first place.
