The group scored three hits on the Billboard Hot ░░ 100 including "Court Of Love" which rose to the number 3 position on the ░░ R&B chart, and the follow-up "The Beginning Of The End" which cracked the ░░ top 10 in 1969. ░░ ░░ In 1978 Johnson recorded the soul-funk tinged solo album, "Peaceful" ░░ which he co-produced, arranged and wrote for the tiny Marina label which ░░ was owned in part by the iconic singer Lloyd Price.
