After the excellent ║ │ │║ "Rebirth"-record, ANGRA follow it up with the EP ║ │ │║ "Hunters And Prey", and with 38 minutes playing ║ │ │║ time, it's absolutely worthwhile. ║ │ │║ Stylistic, they continue to bless us with the ║ │ │║ clichΘless, melodic Power Metal of their ║ │ │║ previous record, you can also identify ANGRA ║ │ │║ really easily with their guitars and rhythms. ║ │ │║ Those percussive elements are a steady part of ║ │ │║ the Brazilians' sound since "Holy Land" and they ║ │ │║ obviously characterise it. ║ │ │║ ║ │ │║ Already with the opener "Live And Learn" there ║ │ │║ is no doubt that the guys around the guitar ║ │ │║ players Loureiro and Bittencourt, still are ║ │ │║ faithful to themselves; jaunty, melodic, ║ │ │║ rhythmic, just great. "Bleeding Heart" is a ║ │ │║ well-made ballad, written by vocalist Edu ║ │ │║ Falaschi, while the titletrack, which at the end ║ │ │║ of the record can be found in its Portuguese ║ │ │║ version, is more in a diversified mid-tempo and ║ │ │║ "Eyes Of Christ" is faster. ║ │ │║ ║ │ │║ After two acoustic-remakes, there is still ║ │ │║ waiting the hammer of the record: "Mama".
