Its main themes were paganism and hatred towards society and modern customs. Thus, in 2016, Morgoth was born, the one-man band. However, along the way, I invited two friends to join the band: Diego Dracvs and Edson Carvalho. With that, it became Bärkdum. After Edson Carvalho's suicide, the band took directions I never intended it to go. We moved away from what I envisioned and ended up creating something more atmospheric and melodic. In 2020, I decided to put an end to the band. This decision wasn't due to any conflict between Diego and me, quite the opposite. We maintained our musical partnership for a long time, and I'm immensely grateful for all the material we created together. But I feel that I need to give Bärkdum what I always dreamed for it. With that, I'm releasing this anthology, marking the end of the old Bärkdum, the three-member band, and the return of Bärkdum as a one-man band. In this anthology, I've included all the material we created with both Bärkdum and Morgoth.
