We welcome the Turkish producer Berkay Turkmen who makes his
debut with a brand new two-track Melodic Techno-oriented EP
titled Todestrieb.
Todestrieb begins with atmospheres full of feeling and tension
with hats and a sequence that waits for the moment to explode
while increasing pressure on its filters, meeting the kickdrum
and the bassline where a new arpeggiated sequence emerges and
accompanies in an excellent way, arriving to the break where
feelings meet in a pure way that are highlighted with the
analogous sound of an abstract melody in a magnificent way.
Later we have lan Vital that starts in a very genuine way with
very refined drum sounds and a distant but adequate atmosphere
and an ethereal synthesizer sequence that keeps the interest of
your subconscious meeting a new synthesizer with purely analog
sounds with sublime melodic phrases transmitting the vital force
that every living being has in any circumstance, with a short
cut where it returns to the initial rhythm, recreating a unique
sound metaphor of its kind.
A very interesting EP loaded with fine sounds and elevated
melodies.
