A slow and epic █ █ death/doom band, Cruciform's diverse arrangements █ █ and instrumental proficiency ranked them highly, █ █ even drawing fans from outside the usual metal █ █ circles, and the brilliant Atavism was the first █ █ release on the then fledgling Warhead Records. █ █ After this the shape of the band began to change █ █ with Moth being replaced by Matt Seldon and Simon █ █ Gruer being brought into the fold on vocals and █ █ keyboards. Cruciform's contribution to the Warhead █ █ Volume 1 CD brought them serious attention from █ █ overseas but the wheels began to fall off. A █ █ headlining appearance at the 1995 Metal for the █ █ Brain festival was cancelled when the rhythm █ █ section left the band and before long Cruciform █ █ was no more. A very sad loss.
