The trio started their own label, Shadow, and released five cassettes during the subsequent three years. After the band decided to rename the Shadow label DOV Entertainment (Death of Vinyl), they released Soul Crush and the remix album Work Terminal, available on Metropolis. The industrial label Cleopatra signed Digital Poodle and released Division! in 1994, followed by a compendium of the band's early works entitled Noisea 1987-1994. By the time Combat was released in 1997, Mouth 392's only colleague was Chris Crash. I picked up this classic CD from Digital Poodle at a local pawn shop, surprisingly enough, what a steal. Not only is it their debut CD release, but it's also out of production now and is difficult to find. This is oldschool industrial at it's best, almost reminiscent of very early Skinny Puppy and FLA (definately major influences on this Canadian-based group, where these two groups also emerged).
