Firing up the next one on 35 Grad Records is "Durch Die Nacht"-co-
founder Dirk Sid Eno from Cologne. His four track EP entitled "Bonfire
EP" will land digital and on vinyl, displaying the depths of Dirk's
extensive studio potential and polished sound, a superbly chosen
artist to fit the Hannover based label, imaginative creations across
the board here featuring remixes from dOP, and Andreas Henneberg.
Opening track "Feisty When I'm Mad" is an accomplished and tantalising
experience for the senses, this late summer anthem nails the energy
for this time of the year. This journey is as melancholic as euphoric,
heavily led by the sounds of a Tuba, as rippling pads and synths meld
with this sound. As expected the eclectic sounds of long time producer
dOP create an emphatic remix, whilst maintaining the initial theme of
the Tuba the French trio breathe a mysterious life into the track,
sitting with a more minimalistic structure.
