For this final volume of De Kronieken van het Verdwenen Kasteel, we wandered through the misty fields and marshes surrounding Grunsfoort Castle-erased from the map, its foundations whispering like gaping mouths beneath the stars. Not far off lies Quadenoord, where the ghost of a ruined mansion lingers beside a stream that still turns its ancient watermill.
