The brothers have shown a great interest in the label for years and so did we, as a label for their music. Together with Madben, Chronophone and some others, they appeared to us as some of the best representatives and translaters in France for the nervous and harsh Detroit sound. Laurent Garnier came first of course, but this relationship between countries and cities has always shown it's amazing power to connect artists and scenes from all over the world, bringing the best out of different universes. G-Prod is somehow enrolled in this line, and we were not surprised to see the legendary Belgian label R&S releasing their almost-10 minutes anthem D-Light a few years ago. Indeed, G-Prod is at the same time, in the great tradition of electronic club music and adding their stone to the building. All with a huge dedication to understand this music's very essence and approach their masters, in order to bring their own refined recipes. The Way Down Deep is the perfect witness to this amazing energy and creativity they're putting in their work for years.
