Their debut EP for Yoshitoshi, Plastic Paranoia, brings together the dark, melodic sounds they are known for and incorporates elements of techno and deep house to create a swirling mesh of exhilarating sonic textures. The title track shines with its gorgeous vocal, proving that vocals and techno are not mutually exclusive. It possesses an absolutely stunning breakdown that is sure to have crowds singing along, and builds into a sweltering groove to keep feet moving. Expressions is all instrumental, interweaving a series of gorgeous synth melodies and pads that coalesce in an atmospheric and elaborate soundscape. It's a master class in maximalist production, each element shining through the multitude of layers happening at any given time.
