Since this is a live album I would not comment song by song but the overall nature of this release. Recorded in Sala Aqualung in Madrid with the addition of some songs recorded at Bilbao, the recording has an outstanding quality. The guitars sound "exactly" the same as in studio, which is hard since Colin Richardson is the responsible for their sound. Actually, this is the first album not produced by Colin over the las 9 years. Regarding the drums, bass and voice, the first sounds perfect and heavy, the second powerful and groovy, with a huge presence; and Molly's singing is flawless, as good as studio recordings. The crowd is fantastic, creating a great ambience captured by loads of ambience mic's. The first three songs are already classics in their discography, extracted from their second and third album (Revolucion 12.111, check it up). The next 3 are some of the strongest trackest found in their homonime album, their last studio recording by then, which are also a declaration of intentions as in "Queda Mucho por Hacer" (There is still a lot to be done) and they sound impressively. It dosen't matter how hard they can sound, how fat the guitars are, the production is still very clean. The following songs in the first CD cover the "Inferno" period, the most melodic and emotive up to now to finissh off with a slow, depressing song form their third offering. The second CD begins with one of their biggest hits from the "Insomnio" album ,"Antes y Despues", acheiving a great reply from the audience. The next song is a medley with parts from their first period (second or first album, depending on how you wanna take it) that sounds great and smooth in the changes. After another "Inferno" song, we are presented with 3 songs from the "Insomnio" one in a row, and I have to admit this is to me the most brilliant moment of the whole concert, with songs like "Dementes Cobardes" that drive the audience crazy, as you can just hear on the background. The 3 last songs are taken from different album, choosing "Habitacion 106" to "end" the concert, one of their most thrashy songs; actually finishing after the instrumental fast metal song they always play after the gig. All in all, this is the best live recording I've ever heard for a spanish band, and it stands well along other ultra-produced over- dubbed live recordings. Definitely for anyone into (aggro) fierce modern metal with no whining or tracksuits in the picture.
