It includes the ║ │ │║ absolute classic "Rock You" which is one of the ║ │ │║ most undeniably catchy songs the genre ever ║ │ │║ produced let alone the band. The album's biggest ║ │ │║ strength is the high quality of the album ║ │ │║ tracks. "Young & Wreckless", "Animal House", ║ │ │║ "You Keep Me Rockin'" and "Six Strings, Nine ║ │ │║ Lives" are all easily at the same level as the ║ │ │║ other singles from the album. Helix does a ║ │ │║ smoking cover of "Gimme Gimme Good Lovin'" that ║ │ │║ totally eclipses the original. They do the ║ │ │║ definitive version of the song leaving Crazy ║ │ │║ Elephant in their dust. ║ │ │║ ║ │ │║ Another excellent cover "(Make Me Do ) Anything ║ │ │║ You Want" was another great version on par with ║ │ │║ the original. Helix always had a strange echoey ║ │ │║ production on Vollmer's vocals which annoyed me ║ │ │║ some but on this album it seemed to work the ║ │ │║ best. On future releases his vocal track gets ║ │ │║ burried in the mix a lot. This album not was ║ │ │║ great in its day but it still stands up and ║ │ │║ rocks in the new millenium. The album is ║ │ │║ absolutely one of the finest Canadian releases ║ │ │║ of the genre.
