The stage microphones were recorded through GML preamplifiers directly into a Sony 3348 digital multi-track tape machine on the side of the stage in order to cause the least interference with the usual running of the show and to obtaint the highest fidelity. The best performances from 14 shows were chosen, mixed and assembled into this record.
