German mastermind Jan Martin has mentored a whole generation of
melodic progressive style and he makes a classy return with his
latest offering, 'Hold me down'.
From the slowly building atmosphere of the original with its
intricate progressions, exquisite chords work and Jan's own
vocals, this is another one for the books in its apparent
simplistic beauty, exuding both warmth and melancholic power.
Completing the package are two different remixes from Japan's
own Yusuke Teranishi, the first a vocal take on the original and
the second his soon-to-be trademark 'Dawning' remix, excellent
examples of melodic complexity and sun-drenched vibes,
respectively.
Making an outstanding comeback, this is Jan Martin (with Yusuke
