believed to have been lost, has been found and is being issued. That recording,
ôBoth Directions at Once: The Lost Album,ö recorded on March 6, 1963, features
ColtraneÆs classic quartetùMcCoy Tyner on piano, Jimmy Garrison on bass, and
Elvin Jones on drumsùon seven tracks that include five Coltrane originals
(including one of his most fruitfully popular compositions, ôImpressionsö) and
two standards (ôNature Boyö and ôViliaö).
