Thanks to his confidence with his first tape recorder, Nick was, from an early age exposed to the music of those years: Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson, New Order, Pink Floyd, Queen, and a whole scope of 80s music. Yet it was through the radio and the first music channels that Nick listened to religiously during his early teen years, that he was introduced to the new phenomenon that was dance music. Those were the years in which dance began to really define Nick's relationship with music. Pioneers such as Inner City, Leftfield, Orbital, Robert Owens, Masters at Work and House and Techno labels including Strictly Rhythm, Transmat, NuGroove, Trax, Tresor, etc were relentlessly and unconsciously earning their place in the music history of the past 20 years. Nick loves to surround himself with positive people, with modern ideas, emotions and music, in both his personal and professional life. Thanks to some seminal encounters along the way Nick has achieved some notable goals in a very short career: starting with becoming resident dj of "F*ck Simile", a night that introduced the italian scene to international djs such as Nic Fanciulli, Audiofly and Paolo Mojo. He is also co-founder of Fight4Underground, a dj booking agency that have exclusively looked after the Italian bookings for some of the finest house and techno artists of recent years (Nic Fanciulli, Shlomi Aber, Funk D'Void, Paul Woolford). The relationships built through the agency have enabled Nick to obtain bookings for himself to play at some of Eauropes finest and most important clubs and festivals So to today, and Nick's experience and musical taste has lead him to his current position, running one of the most respected and fastest growing techno labels alongside friend and label owner Shlomi Aber. A real "home" for its artists, Be As One Imprint's focus is on releasing quality underground music ranging across the genres of house and techno, with the only constant necessity being that "a track must have the right feeling and stand out in its own way". Be As One Imprint also acts as a booking and management agency for its own artists: Shlomi Aber, Samuel L Session, Gel Abril, Itamar Sagi, Emmanuel, and Nick himself, taking care of all aspects of the artistic career of its members: from bookings and event planning to the development of the artistic career of its artists. Nick's musical path today is reflected in his dj sets: warm, deep, sexy house sounds, in the early hours, passing through different genres of house and techno, often venturing into fast rolling techno grooves towards the end of the night, always with an ear to classic sounding material.
