The Award-winning Promo Director/Dubbing Editor team met whilst working on broadcast television projects together six years ago. Damien's 20-year DJ'ing background & Dino's extensive history as musician and band member in his native South Africa proved an immediate and successful combination, and their productions, remixes & edits have found favour with DJ's spanning a range of styles & scenes. Their first foray into remixing was a speculative remix of Invisible Inc's 'Stars', at the time an exclusive to Sasha and his dramatic intro tune of choice throughout the Summer of 2002. Whilst using the track to soundtrack a TV job, they decided the ambient stunner needed a definitive club mix, the result was picked up by Sumsonic and was an immediate hit with the likes of John Digweed (Charted no.1, set-opener at Bedrock, played on his 'Transitions' radio show), Nick Warren & Slacker. The pair have followed this up with well-received remixes for Fat East Coast's 'Carbon', Way Out West's 'Melt' & Pashka Feat. Ijeoma's 'Island Breeze', track edits & mash-ups have maintained the pair's profile between projects. In 2005, Dino's solo project Moab released the debut album "Awakening" (co-produced by both), a collection of ambient soundscapes, dark breakbeats & down-tempo electronica. Single 'Connecta' has just been released on Segment Records.
