As always, some fresh and also familiar faces are to be heard in this release. P.Young, Ellis Raily & Frezel - Lost This unlikely trio came together and made something truly amazing. This track is stuck somewhere in between being groovy, danceable and yet spacy. The groovy bass works in beautiful symbiosis with soft arps and screaming leads which cut through the track like knives. Halfway in the break there is a wonderful tension builder introducing a long and smooth second bass, blasting the track forward right towards that sweet spot. A mesmerizing journey all together! Cian Moynagh - Epoch Listening to his awesome sound you might not guess that he is a newcomer to the scene. This talent has created something that will blow you away. His driven bassline and crystal clear melody do their work right from the start. He keeps on building in strength only to take it all away so it can come back one more time during one massive drop. Epoch is true masterpiece! Vanderkant - Ultraheart Vanderkant goes in full throttle in this one. The bass brings power right from the beginning and quickly the drums and catchy claps join in. Once the melody is introduced the track has lift of. A trip in which you find yourself in trance between the power of the groove and the spacy vibe which work together in perfect harmony. A strong track by Vanderkant indeed! SO:MG - Thunaer SO.MG has set the vibe perfectly in Thunaer. An acidic kind of bassline works together with cleverly placed drums and heavenly lead shots. An ever growing arpeggio takes it all further and further away until that beautiful breakdown where the lead gets to shine separately only for all the sounds to all come together one last time! What a track! Talal Bazzi - Aswad Talal Bazzi brings another bomb to Aftertech Records. His recognizable rolling bassline keeps on going like a train. Steady and strong as it is, it is accompanied by spacy melodic elements making you drift off into the world of Aswad. A great track for in the club, that's for sure! Cyantist - Everywhere Right from the start you hear the recognizable Cyantist drums coming forward, setting the pace. After the soft hushes and distant screams are introduced you quickly find yourself in an eastern cinematic journey. The soundscapes formed by the arpeggio and piano play are truly amazing. A beautiful track once again by Cyantist! Somnium - Conexus Another new face on Aftertech Records is Somnium. Conexus start out with an ominous feel through echoing bells and a speedy never ending melody. The track slowly grows in strength showing bit by bit what it has to offer. Once the bassline and brass have been introduced there is no stopping it! The melody surprises us halfway with a wonderful twist gluing it all together. A very strong track by Somnium! Nakul C - Zircon The ethereal mood has been set very strongly and clearly in Zircon. The mesmerizing arp and the floating brass sounds take you away to another planet. Then there is also this deep ongoing bassline that goes on relentlessly. A wonderful creation by the newcomer Nakul C! Rave Sickness - Massive Massive is something different all together. The feel good melody tells a story that spreads joy and positive vibes. The subtle introduction of the brass sounds takes you away towards the wonderful catchy arpeggio that eventually leads to a cleverly build breakdown where the melodic elements seem to be ever growing. A beautiful and unique track by Rave Sickness. Infaam Konijn - Rogue Books Infaam Konijn has done it again! A track that will break down many dance floors for sure.
