Here the gimmick is that Breed "presents" a roster of thug rappers over the course of the album. It may have seemed attractive to the legions of listeners who bought all those thuggish late-'90s No Limit albums with all of their guest appearances, but much like all of those myriad interchangeable albums, this is an incredibly inconsistent album that sounds like it came off an assembly line, made in about a week with a shoestring budget, more money being spent on the glossy cover art than the production. None of the beats come close to being as memorable as the ones Jazze Pha had blessed Breed with in 1996/1997, and none of these "thugz" are on a par with the "presenter," who unfortunately isn't as ubiquitous on this album as the big picture of him on the cover might lead you to believe.
