During the 1980s, Mr Disc Organization was one of Italy's leading
disco imprints, offering up a mixture of hot new local productions and
material licensed from American record labels. As the title states,
this EP is the first volume in a multi-part series offering digital
DJs the chance to get hold of some of the lesser-celebrated gems
tucked away in its vast back catalogue. Up first is the early Italian
house goodness of Moy Boy's tactile 'Notta Divina (Divine Version)',
followed quickly by the cheery, synth-laden Italo-disco perfection of
Jet Set's 'Love Dance'. Arguably even better is the M.B Edit of Jimmy
Ross's low-slung dub disco number 'New York to Moscow', while
Stephany's 'Shame (Instrumental Mix)' is a bubbly boogie delight.
