We are proud to present the fifth instalment of the Pals compilation,
with talent from across the globe, coming together to create a
collection to soundtrack these strange days.
First up, Aural Trace sets the scene with the slow burning celestial
soundscapes of Melange, where choral overtones curl up snuggly along
the drum machine, fusing organic and mechanics.
The influence of the Cologne School seeps through every pour of M
Loves Oboda with warm analogue melodies oozing throughout.
Churning distorted guitars twist between the throbbing tribal drums of
Muftis 'Fascinatio'.
Marzians 'Conversaciones Delirantes' pulls us through a psychedelic
shapeshifting bass heavy prism of sound.
Sharp stabs cut through the bass on Flvns Yule, no mistake, this could
soundtrack a slasher movie in-spite of its festive title.
Leo af Ekenstams Stress carries a tense, yet driving groove punctuated
by nervous guitars and shady atmospherics.
A bubbling bit-crushed low end permeates Montessoris 'Speed ... visit
