Ukrainian multidisciplinary label and offshoot of Γêä, Standard
Deviation, releases a virtual reality experience and audiovisual
collaboration between Ukrainian composer Voin Oruwu and digital artist
Simon Kounovsky (@axonbody).
For their fourth installment, Standard Deviation releases 'Inertia', a
five- act piece, that touches humanities relationship loss with earth
and shows abstract and dystopic consequences of our behavior towards
the environment. Four of the five acts, metaphorize symbols of
environmental decay caused by human actions, while the last act
touches the concept of hope, giving the rather critical acts an
aspiring and longing finale, aiming to create awareness for our sole
responsibility in acting together towards a sustainably used
environment, at last restoring our relationship with nature.
