Originally they became friends by chance, while interning in the same firm in 1998. Thomas Boldt and Christian Steinweg, two guys living in Hamburg, shared the interest of the "new" electronic sound, "trance". Because of this interest mixed with a proper volition and fascination it was merely a matter of time before they produced their own music, with their own facilities. Store N Forward was finally founded in 2001. As the years have gone by not only has their studio developed, but also the quality and sound of their music. In early 2004 Store N Forward tried their luck in a remix contest of the new single "Oceanlab-Satellite" (Anjunabeats/Above&Beyond) and they placed in the top 10. In the final count they placed third and consequently had a huge response and their first MP3-Release the "Boldt & Steinweg Remix." During the course of the year 2004 their second Remix and their first single "Blind Straight" got released and in the blink of an eye both were supported by many well known artists and DJs. "Above & Beyond" supported "Blind Straight" all in all three times in their monthly and famous TATW Radioshow, this single and also their "Boldt & Steinweg" Remix of "Monsun-Monsun" have been in several DJ playlists and finally they got compiled to the biggest trance-compilation in Germany, the "Dream Dance 34!" In 2005 Store N Forward had a huge focus on producing Remixes. They had more requests than they could handle. Thomas and Christian then decided they wanted to mature into "Store N Forward!" 2006 now is the year of Store N Forwards secondsingle "4 Seasons in one day",a trance song with vocals by trance artist/enthusiast and friend of theirs Jan Mⁿhlenbrock aka MIL BROKES. It's about to get released in September/October on one of the top 3 trance labels Afterglow Records!
